I need to update my pet’s details on their microchip. How do I do it?

If you have their number, and where the chip is registered, you must contact the company directly to update details. If you don’t have these, we can help! Bring your pet in for a free scan and one of our staff will set you in the right direction.

Do you do grooming?

Yes and no! While we do have a hydrobath, and we do perform medical grooming – if an animal is highly aggressive or anxious, or severely matted – we cannot do “beauty” grooming and hair styling. We have a few places we recommend for that!

Why are there so many different flea, tick and worming products?

Newer products have been developed over many years, to meet challenges with resistance and to introduce more effective paracitides to the market. There is no one product that does everything – so feel free to ask us for advice! We can help find the right fit for you.
